Story
Help us make a difference to families in need this year by sponsoring our staff to walk / run the Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival and raise much needed funds for our charity partner Women’s Property Initiatives.
Women’s Property Initiatives (WPI) creates new beginnings for women & children at risk of homelessness by providing permanent & affordable homes, access to support networks & ongoing advocacy.
WPI provides long term, affordable housing solutions for low income women & women led families. WPI currently provides high quality, affordable, long term homes for more than 250 women & children.
The women they help are diverse. They all have one thing in common – they have experienced housing crisis. Unfortunately, many have also experienced domestic violence.
Affordable rents & stable homes allow these women to live with dignity & become involved in their communities.
